Global Vision

 

Global Village trips give you the opportunity to travel overseas to work Volunteers work with low-income families who invest hundreds of hours of sweat equity into building their own house and those of their neighbours. Time and again Global Village volunteers experience transformation in their own lives as they work with people living with the indignity of poverty housing.
Global Village trips last one to three weeks. You will:

 

  • Experience their culture
  • Make friends
  • Visit places of interest, and
  • Enjoy cultural events.

 

Take photos, leave footprints, build houses...

It takes enthusiasm and motivation to participate in a Global Village mission. No other skills are required! There will be supervisors on hand to show you how to build.
